A website is not finished the day it goes live. Prices change, opening hours change, photos go stale and security updates never stop. Our care plans are our website maintenance plans. We look after the hosting, security and backups, make your content changes for you, and keep your search details accurate, so the site keeps working while you get on with the business.

Process
How it works
A look at the site
We check how the site is built, where it is hosted, what is out of date and what needs fixing first, and tell you plainly before anything starts.
You pick a plan
Care, Care+ or Partner, on a six month minimum term and then month to month with 30 days notice, or on a 12 month term for a lower price.
We take over the running of it
Hosting, the certificate, the firewall, backups and uptime monitoring are managed for you on Cloudflare. Nothing to patch and nothing for you to remember.
You send changes, we make them
New prices, opening hours, photos and text, done by us within your monthly allowance. New sections are quoted, unless your plan includes them.
Every month after that
Your titles, descriptions and local listing kept accurate as the business changes, and on Care+ and Partner, a short monthly report of what happened.

Right for you if
Any business whose website brings in work and needs to stay current, secure and online, without somebody in the business having to learn how to look after it.
Probably not us if
You are happy editing your own site on a website builder and only need it to stay online. That is perfectly reasonable, and you do not need us for it. If your website was built by someone else, we look at it first and tell you honestly whether we can take it on.

The three plans
Care, £79.99 a month. The essentials, kept current. Right if the site is a shopfront that changes a few times a year. Search work to keep your titles, descriptions and local listing accurate, content updates within your monthly allowance, and Cloudflare hosting and security managed for you.
Care+, £149.99 a month. Everything in Care, with a larger monthly allowance, ongoing on page search work and Google Business Profile posts, and a monthly report. Right if the website brings in enquiries and you would like more of them.
Partner, £299.99 a month. Everything in Care+, with the largest allowance, continuous search work, new pages and sections as the business changes, and a strategy call each month with a written follow up. Right if the website is a main source of work and you want it improving every month.

The terms, in plain English
Each plan has a six month minimum term, then runs month to month with 30 days notice either way. You can also take a plan on a 12 month term, at 10% off paid monthly or 15% off paid upfront. If you end a 12 month term early, it costs no more than 35% of the payments left in it, and we are happy to agree less.
Our monthly prices rise at most once a year, with 30 days notice, and if you do not accept a rise you can leave without penalty. The full terms are in our terms of business.
What maintenance does not include
Content updates means changes to what is already on the site. New sections and new features are quoted separately, however small they sound, unless your plan includes them: Partner includes new pages and sections. A full redesign is its own job, and we will tell you honestly when a site needs one rather than patching it month after month.
Your website stays yours
A care plan never changes who owns the site. Once it is paid for, the design, the content, the code and the domain are yours. Keep it on a care plan with us, or take it anywhere you like, and we will help you move it either way.
We work face to face across Wolverhampton, Bilston, Wednesfield, Willenhall, Walsall, Dudley, Cannock, Telford, Stafford and Birmingham, and remotely with businesses anywhere in England. Most of it happens over email and video either way, so where you are matters less than whether we are the right fit. How a build actually runs
