Work

Our work, and what it did

We are new, and we would rather show you a few projects properly than pad this page out with logos we have no right to use. Each one is shown in full, with the real figures and the dates they cover, and each page says why we are allowed to show it. More go up here as clients agree to it.

What we build for your kind of business

A plumber and a salon do not need the same site, and the site is only the front of it. These are the kinds of business we get asked about most, but the list is not a limit: we build for shops, studios, professional firms and anyone whose customers look them up first.

Trades

Plumbers, electricians, roofers, builders, heating engineers, locksmiths.

Usually something has gone wrong and they are ringing round. They will look at two or three sites, on a phone, and call whoever looks most capable and easiest to reach.

On the site

  • A page per service, so a search like "boiler repair Wolverhampton" has somewhere to land
  • Tap to call at the top and after every section
  • A before and after gallery, because proof beats adjectives
  • The areas you cover, spelled out

Behind it

  • Enquiries acknowledged the moment they arrive, and chased if nobody replies
  • Job sheets, photos and signatures captured in the van rather than on paper
  • Microsoft 365 set up properly: one mailbox, shared files, phones that work away from the yard
  • Google Ads aimed at the emergency work, with the enquiries counted rather than guessed at

Garages and detailing

Detailers, garages, body shops, mobile valeting, tyre and servicing centres.

They are comparing. The work is visual and the price varies by vehicle, so people want to see results and understand roughly what they are in for before they commit.

On the site

  • Galleries compressed properly so they load on mobile data
  • Package pricing laid out to compare
  • Quote forms that ask about the vehicle up front
  • Service explainer pages for the things people do not understand yet

Behind it

  • Bookings and payments running through a proper system instead of a notebook
  • Review requests sent the same week, every time, without anyone having to remember
  • The diary, the customer and the vehicle history on one screen rather than three
  • Google Ads and conversion tracking set up so you can see which enquiries and bookings came from where

Salons and wellness

Salons, barbers, nail technicians, gyms, personal trainers, therapists.

Looking at the service list and the prices, deciding whether you are for them, then trying to book, usually in the evening when you are closed.

On the site

  • A clear service menu with prices and how long things take
  • Your booking system connected so people can book at 11pm
  • Real reviews pulled from where you already have them
  • Team pages, if people book with a specific person

Behind it

  • Appointment reminders that go out without anyone sending them
  • A rebooking prompt after the appointment, on a schedule you set once
  • Staff, rotas and stock on one system rather than a wall planner
  • Google Ads for local searches, with bookings traced back to the advert that brought them

Restaurants and takeaways

Cafes, restaurants, takeaways, bakeries, mobile catering.

Three things, almost always: what is on the menu, are you open, and where exactly are you.

On the site

  • A real menu page in proper text, not a PDF that will not open on a phone
  • Opening hours that are obvious, including bank holidays
  • Map and one tap directions
  • Ordering linked to whatever you already use

Behind it

  • Orders and bookings landing in one place instead of three apps and a phone
  • Stock and supplier paperwork off the back of an envelope
  • Microsoft 365 for rotas, shared files and a business email address that is yours
  • Google Ads scheduled for the hours people actually order

Independent shops

Shops, showrooms, makers and sellers who trade locally or through marketplaces.

Checking you are real before they travel to you, or before they buy from your marketplace listing.

On the site

  • A showcase of what you sell without the overhead of a full shop
  • Store details: where, when, how to get there
  • Enquiry forms for what people ask first
  • Something you own, that does not sit on a platform somebody else controls

Behind it

  • Stock, orders and marketplace listings kept in step with each other
  • Invoices and receipts raised from the same record, entered once
  • Microsoft 365 so the shop floor and the office are looking at the same files
  • Google Ads pointed at the products that actually sell, not the whole catalogue
